NIILM Centre for Management Studies has one of the best hybrid libraries among management schools in the National Capital Territory region. It plays a vital role in supporting teaching and learning activities in the institution and hosts the best of printed, offline and online resources those cater to research and consulting needs of faculty. For students’ community, library has plenty of printed and online material that caters to their information and knowledge requirements besides the very useful resources for their personality and soft skills development. It is a well stocked library containing all the latest books required for a business management course.

NIILM Online library works round the clock to facilitate 24 x 7 x 365 access to its users not only in campus but even from outside. It is a fully automated library using state of the art library automation software using bar code technology for circulation of its material. Library is fully classified and catalogued as per the international standards. Located at the second floor of the institute in a very big hall, it houses a collection of over Thirty Six thousand text and reference books, more than 75000 e-books, e-journals, online databases such as Ebsco Business Source Complete, Communication and Media Studies, Entrepreneurial Studies, Green File, Research Starters- Business, Newspaper Source plus, J-Gate, Sage Online Journals, CMIE databases like Prowess and Industry Analysis, IMF E-library and many more.

NIILM Library also has in its collections very large number of audio/video cassettes, CD-ROMs, research reports; industrial reports etc. related with management and aligned fields. In addition to access of over 10000 full text online journals, NIILM library also subscribes about two hundred national and international printed journals. One can get his or her desired information on any functional area of management and information technology right from fictions to specialized subject encyclopedia.

Library also hosts about One thousand five hundred faculty and student Project and Dissertation reports and case studies containing valuable research work. It also maintains back issues of most of the periodicals it subscribes since its inception in 1996. Over 15000 Companies Annual Reports are also available both in online and printed form in the library for consultation purpose.

It provides both CAS (current awareness services) to its users voluntarily and SDI (selective dissemination of information) based upon users profiling and requirements.

NIILM Library is an institutional member of British Council Library (BCL), American Information Resource Centre, Development Libraries Network (DELNET) and Management Libraries Network (MANLIBNET) to explore and avail help of outside libraries resources also in order to better serve its users.

NIILM Library Services are open to its students, faculty, alumni, and institutional members and to researchers to fulfill their research requirements.
